Information used for enquiries
The current enquiry form prepares an email in the visitor's own email application. The website does not claim to store the form fields in its own database. The email provider and the visitor's email service process the message when it is sent.
What to include
Provide only the contact and coaching information needed to answer the enquiry. Do not send unnecessary medical records, identity documents, safeguarding records or other sensitive information through the general form.
Your choices
You may ask what information is held in correspondence and request correction or deletion where applicable. Contact f.issitt@gmail.com. This page must be reviewed if analytics, a hosted form, booking system, cookies or new data processors are introduced.
